<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security by allowing a specific user to access a document. <P>SOLUTION: A user B is accessible to a cabinet CAB called design section, a folder F2 called a second design section, a folder F3 called personnel information (confidential), a document L2 called a technical document (confidential) and a document L3 called general notice. The execution of the finger print authentication as biological authentication is determined on the document L2 as a technical document (confidential) and the folder F3 as the personnel information (confidential). When the user B accesses the document L2 as the technical document (confidential) and the folder F3 as the personnel information (confidential), a biological information reading device reads a finger print, and the contents can be read only when the authentication is acquired as a result of collation, whereby the security can be improved by the biological authentication by a unit of receptacle such as the document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
