<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-chip microcomputer for camera control manufacturable at a low cost, deliverable in a short period, and having an analog circuit with less current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This one-chip microcomputer for camera control comprises at least two systems of GND lines formed of an MTGND line for making a large current flow into a GND and a GND line for the exclusive use of a measurement circuit block for camera, and an MTGND terminal and an ANGND terminal to avoid the effect of provision of the contact of a pad. A microcomputer core for camera control and a measurement circuit receive power from the ANGND terminal and a heavy-current source circuit receives power from the MTGND terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
