PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage holding and carrying tool capable of lightening the burden imposed on a walker holding the baggage and useful for comfortable life. SOLUTION: This baggage holding and carrying tool for holding and carrying the baggage of the walker is equipped with a grip, a baggage holding part, a strut, and a wheel. The grip and the baggage holding part are positioned on a top part of the strut, and at least two of the wheels are arranged on a lower part of the strut in front and behind.
