PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet with a folding rule which is designed to have good folding property and flexibility, and good touch and appearance and adapted to carry out folding work by rote, and also to provide a rule blade for the same. SOLUTION: The folding rules 2 to be formed on folding parts of the plastic sheet 1 and almost flat recesses 3 having depth corresponding to thickness A of the plastic sheet 1 are formed through length of a bottom 2b of the folding rule 2 at prescribed intervals, and a plurality of recesses 4 to have respective smooth curved shapes are formed through length of the bottom 2b between the recesses 3, 3. The rule blades 6 for the plastic sheet and almost flat cutting edges 7 to have height corresponding to thickness A of the plastic sheet 1 are formed through length of a top surface 6b of the rule blade 6 at prescribed intervals, and a plurality of cutting edges 8 to have respective smooth curved shapes are formed through length of the top surface 6b between the cutting edges 7, 7.
