PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface coated plastic molded article excellent in durability such as weather resistance, scratch resistance, heat resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The surface coated plastic molded article is obtained by coating a curable resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin having one or more hydroxyl groups and alicyclic epoxy groups and 2,000-30,000 of weight average molecular weight, 0.01-10 pts.wt. of an organometallic compound, 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a silicon compound having a silanol group or producing a silanol group by heating or photoirradiation and 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a UV-absorber, to a plastic molded article comprising resins selected from a polycarbonate resin, an ABS resin or a resin alloy containing those.
