PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power amplifier from being deteriorated in output at the time of a high output operation by improving its linearity. SOLUTION: The power amplifier is integrated with parallel base-stabilized hetero junction bipolar transistors (HBT) 110. Transistor pairs 410, 420 regulate a voltage applied to base stabilizing units 185, 120, 130 when sensing it that a voltage appearing between one of the HBT transistors 110 and their base stabilizing units 185, 120, 130 is decreased to a level that is not so strong as to a degree of keeping the HBT 110 active.
