PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the draining of water from a hot water tank for a toilet seat washed with hot water. SOLUTION: The hot water tank 50 is provided with an inlet passage 210 wherein water pressure is supplied from its upper end and having a discharge part 202 discharging the water pressure at its lower end and/or a side. The discharge part 202 is spaced away from and not opposed to the opening of a hose 210 which serves as a hot water outlet provided on the hot water tank 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
