PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particle-polymer granules which have excellent particle dispersibility and can finely be dispersed, for example, even when added to an aromatic polyamide solution, to provide a film using the granules, and to provide a magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: The particle-polymer composite granules comprising particles having hydrogen-bonding functional groups on the surfaces and a polymer having hydrogen-bonding functional groups on the side chains is characterized by having a 10% particle deformation strength (S1O) of 10 to 300 MPa and a granule diameter of 0.15 to 2.4 mm.
