BUTTON LOCK

A button lock capable of increasing information setting amount for the button lock, obtaining enormous setting information and a wide range of selection, improving defense ability, simplifying the configuration, reducing the size and weight, and producing it at a low cost. Moreover, the button lock can set or input and modify the information accurately and safely as well as easily and rationally. The button lock disables interpretation of the set or input information and a third person cannot perform false alteration of the information. The button lock includes a plurality of operation buttons (10) which are displaced in the axis direction to set or input predetermined information, a control plate (128) capable of forming an unlock operation when the aforementioned information is set or input by the operation buttons (10), a drive cam (16) linked to the control plate (128) and linkable to door handles (4, 5), and a lock linked to the drive cam (16). The same or a plurality of different information can be set or input to the respective operation buttons (10) and the plurality of information can be set or input by each operation of the operation buttons (10).
