The present invention relates to the use of lipopeptide preparations as anti - titled-peptide agent, which are able to inhibit or limit de destabilisation effect of tilted peptides on hydrophobic/hydrophilic interfaces, for instanc e on membranes. The lipopeptides comprise surfactins, iturins, and fengycins. It also relates to a process for the production of the lipopeptide preparations .
