<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a pharmaceutical company to easily acquire useful information; and to urge a patient to actively distribute a clinical record. <P>SOLUTION: A clinical record distributing device is connected to an electronic clinical record device 400 for controlling an electronic clinical record for electronically recording a medical care record of the patient 310, and is provided with an estimate presenting part 110 for presenting a purchase price estimated to the medical care record recorded on the electronic clinical record controlled by the electronic clinical record device 400 to the patient 310, a consent acquiring part 120 for acquiring consent of the patient 310 to sale of the medical care record of the patient 310 and a medical care record purchasing part 130 for transferring and paying the price presented by the estimate presenting part 110 to a patient 310 account possessed in a bank 500 by acquiring the medical care record consented to the sale by the consent acquiring part 120 via the electronic clinical record device 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
