METHOD FOR PREPARING LENTINUS EDODES LACCASE, AND METHOD FOR DECOMPOSING PHENOLIC ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing and purifying lentinus edodes laccases (laccases derived from Lentinus edodes) and provide a method for decoloring and/or decomposing a pigment or a phenolic environmental pollutant by these laccases and carry out mass production of these enzymes at the same time and provide a method for mass-producing the lentinus edodes laccases at an industrial level.

SOLUTION: These lentinus edodes laccases are isolated and purified from cultured products of Lentinus edodes or cultured products of a transformant which expresses recombinant lentinus edodes laccases and decoloring and/or decomposition of the phenolic environmental pollutant is carried out by using these lentinus edodes laccases.
