<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth bag which is felt soft and pleasant when touched on the surface thereof and kept firm in shape even when loaded. <P>SOLUTION: In the cloth bag, an inner bag 2 comprising a non-stretchable fabric is sewn up inside an outer bag 1 comprising a stretchable fabric to be formed into a bag sealed internally while foam beads 3 are sealed between the outer and inner bags 1 and 2 and furthermore, handles 4 and 4 are continuously formed from the inner bag 2 at the upper part of the inner bag 2.
