<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope device which does not require a separate storage area therefor when it is out of use, and is excellent in handling ease. <P>SOLUTION: The slope device 1 is formed of a slope plate 3, a bridging plate 10, and a positioning means. The slope plate 3 has its rear edge pivoted on the device in an erectable manner, and is switchable to a housed position in which the slope board is flush with a lower floor surface f<SB>1</SB>and a raised position in which a front edge is inclined upward toward an upper floor surface f<SB>2</SB>. The bridging plate 10 is rotatably connected to the front edge of the slope plate and switchable to a receding position in which the bridging plate is rotated and folded toward a lower surface of the slope plate and an extended position in which the bridging plate protrudes frontward from the front edge of the slope plate to be extended to the higher floor surface. The positioning means holds the extended position of the bridging plate. When the slope device is out of service, the slope plate is housed in a recessed groove 2, whereas when it is in use, the front edge of the slope plate is lifted upward and the bridging plate 10 is extended to the higher floor surface while being held in the extended position by the positioning means.
