IMPROVED SLOT TYPE FLAT ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive flat antenna operable for a plurality of frequency bands. SOLUTION: This antenna relates to the flat antenna energized by a feed line (12) wherein the feed line (12) is supported by a substrate including a slot (11) formed to be a closed curve configured operable at a given frequency and the slot (11) is placed so as to be positioned on a short circuit face of the feed line. This flat antenna includes at least one switching means 13 in parallel with the upper part of the slot and the switching means can take a closed state or an opened state to correct an operating frequency band of the flat antenna.
