PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a state where cooling / dehumidification operation when an outside air temperature is low excessively lowers the temperature of an evaporator, compressor repeats operation and stop frequently, and cooling operation can not be executed enough as a result. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with an operation mode storage means, a condenser temperature detecting means, an outside air temperature detecting means and an outdoor blower control means, and when an outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature detecting means is lower than a predetermined value at cooling / dehumidification operation, a rotational frequency of an outdoor blower is maintained according to the condenser temperature detected by the condenser temperature detecting means.
