PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact-figured two phase flow mixing distributor. SOLUTION: The two phase flow mixing distributor for mixing and distributing a two phase flow liquid-gas mixed fluid comprises: a distributing container 22 for distributing the introduced fluid into a plurality of outlet pipes 24; the outlet pipes 24 being connected to the distributing container 22 at its positions different in height; and guide means 26 provided in the distributing container 22 and guiding the fluid of the same level in the distributing container 22, to the outlet pipes 24.
