PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrolled type fluid machine capable of achieving equal strength of both of spiral bodies on a swirl side and a fixed side and reducing dimension and internal leakage to improve performance even if materials of the spiral bodies differ on their sides. SOLUTION: All of swirl outer curve 2a and swirl inner curve 2b of the swirl side spiral body 2 and fixed outer curve 5a and fixed inner curve 5b of the fixed side spiral body 5 are constituted by envelope based on algebraic spiral expressed by expression of polar coordinate format, r= a×θ<SP>k</SP>(wherein r:moving radius,θ:argument, a:coefficient, k:index).
