PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily design a layout of a device by effectively using a space for arranging the device of a turning frame, in a small rear end turning type shovel. SOLUTION: In the small rear end turning type shovel, a hydraulic pump 807, an engine 81, a radiator 808 and an oil cooler 809 are arranged in parallel in right and left as devices of a rear row in the rear part of the turning frame 8, and as devices of a front row in the front part of the devices of the rear row, a control valve 801 and a hydraulid fluid tank 82 are arranged in parallel in one side of right and left with respect to a swivel joint 804 at a center, and a fuel tank 86 is also arranged in an opposite side.
