PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which has a sash stably arranged in an overhanging portion or in the vicinity of a base-side end of the same. SOLUTION: According to the building, a box body 3 is rigidly set on a skeleton on a first story 1 so as to form the overhanging portion 2a. The box body 3 is formed of first building panels 4 forming an upper-story floor, second building panels 5 arranged over the first building panels 4, and third building panels 6 each connecting edges of the first and second building panels 4, 5 to each other. The box body 3 has a wing wall 6b bearing a sash frame 6c at a location that recedes inward from an outer wall surface. The load of the overhanging portion 2a is dispersively borne by the first to third building panels 4, 5, 6, and the wall quantity is secured by the wing wall 6b, which enables stable arrangement of the sash 6d in the overhanging portion.
