PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monosheet type heat developable color photosensitive material in which a deterioration in sharpness caused by exudation of dye formed by a developing solution and further a deterioration of the image obtained even after raw preservation are reduced. SOLUTION: The heat developable color photosensitive material has at least a photosensitive silver halide, a color developing agent or its precursor, a dye forming coupler forming dye by reacting with the oxidant of the color developing agent, a reducible silver salt, a thermal solvent, and a binder on a base, in which a water insoluble and thermoplastic polymer obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer is contained in the layer having the dye forming coupler.
