PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve habitability by preventing swing such as backlash at a raised position of a cab, and eliminate anxiety of an operator by stabilizing lighting of a pilot lamp of a hydraulic circuit. SOLUTION: When a cab 7 is supported at a raised position against a top revolving superstructure 3 by a cab lifting mechanism 6 provided to a mobile crane 1, a wire rope 10 suspends a rod side end 9A of a cab stay cylinder device 9 below the cab 7, so as to hold the cab stay cylinder device 9 at a predetermined stand angle. When an extensible rod 9D of the cab stay cylinder device 9 is extended, the extensible rod 9D pushes up the cab 7, so as to prevent swing such as backlash. At that time, because an accumulator is installed in a hydraulic supply path to a head side of the cab stay cylinder device 9, the pilot lamp to be lighted by a pressure switch is lighted under a stable condition.
