PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood stream kinetics measuring device which can easily decide blood stream kinetics, and also, has objectivity in the decision, a blood stream kinetics measuring method, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: A signal for which a pulse wave amplitude component is superimposed on a cuff pressure is time-differentiated, and a maximum value for each heart rate in the time-differentiated signal is plotted, and an envelope is formed. A first maximum cuff pressure being the highest cuff pressure from among a plurality of cuff pressures corresponding to locations on the envelope where the value of the time-differentiated signal is a first value is computed, and a first minimum cuff pressure being the lowest cuff pressure is computed. A second maximum cuff pressure being the highest cuff pressure from among a plurality of cuff pressures corresponding to locations on the envelope where the value of the time-differentiated signal is a second value is computed, and a second minimum cuff pressure being the lowest cuff pressure is computed. Then, a trait volume is computed based on the first maximum cuff pressure, the first minimum cuff pressure, the second maximum cuff pressure and the second minimum cuff pressure.
