In a mobile terminal (1), when creation of a transmission message is complete in a message creation section (13), a position information addition section (12) starts position measurement by using a position measurement section (11) and acquires the current position of the mobile terminal (1). The position information addition section (12) adds the position information acquired by the position measurement section (11) to a message and transmits the message from a message transmission section (14) to a position specification message server (2). The position specification message server (2) immediately transmits the message to the mobile terminal (3) if the position information transmitted from a mobile terminal (3) coincides with the position information added to the message transmitted from the mobile terminal (1).
