<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic processing device for simultaneously withdrawing money deposited in a plurality of financial institutions by a customer, and to provide a processing system for the same. <P>SOLUTION: For a customer who is going to withdraw money deposited in a bank B with money deposited in a bank A through an account of the bank A, the bank A request the customer to withdraw the sum obtained by adding a sum to be withdrawn from the bank B against the deposit balance of the customer in the bank A. As a result, a shortage of the balance by the sum to be withdrawn from the bank B is generated, but this shortage is informed to a corresponding server in the bank B. This corresponding server has deposit money data for each customer of the bank B, and when the deposit sum is enough to make up the shortage, the server informs the bank A of a payment of the shortage from the account in the bank B to the account in the bank A, and reduces the deposit sum of the customer in the bank B by the paid sum.
