<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in sales business or the like by setting a standard lead time in each business negotiation item and leveling a scheduled delivery date on the basis of the set standard lead time. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 20 is connected to sales person side terminal devices 11. The server device 20 can access to a lead time information DB 21 storing the standard lead time in each type of the predetermined business negotiation item, and a business negotiation information DB 22 for registering business negotiation information from the sales person. The server device 20 receives input of the business negotiation information including a scheduled order reception date of the business negotiation item in each the business negotiation item from the sales person side terminal 11, and registers the received business negotiation information into the business negotiation information DB 22. The server device 20 sets the standard lead time according to the registered business negotiation item from the lead time information DB 21, and decides the scheduled delivery date such that a delivery number per day is leveled in a predetermined period, on the basis of the set standard lead time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
