<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the conversion efficiency in vibration excitation by effectively utilizing an intermediate layer of a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element is polarized into plurality, and a vibration is excited when an AC voltage is applied.
