<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component with a control terminal which is easily inspected with a simplified configuration of an inspection tool and attains sure inspection, wherein the quality of the product is not affected even when the component is inspected from an inspection terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component includes: a package 11 having an internal space S1 and sealed by a cover 12; built-in components 15, 16 contained in the internal space S1 and connected to the control terminal 32 provided to an outer face of the package 11 while the package 11 is sealed; and a mount terminal formed on the mount face of the package 11, and the control terminal 32 and the inspection terminal 31 connected to the mount terminal are provided to be directed on one face other than the mount face of the package 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
