PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin having crystallizing characteristics of a mouth plug part and heat-setting characteristics of a body part in producing a blow-molded bottle and efficiently imparting heat resistance to the bottle without deteriorating transparency by heat treatment and without staining a blowing metal mold and useful for producing the blow-molded bottle, and to provide a polyester resin molded product and a method for producing the blow-molded bottle. SOLUTION: The polyester resin is a copolyester resin comprising≥95 mol% of terephthalic acid or its ester-forming derivative in the whole dicarboxylic acid component and≥80 mol% of ethylene glycol in the whole diol component and containing a polyalkylene glycol as a copolymerization component. The polyester resin has≤75°C glass transition point and 0.05-0.20 absorbance at 1,000 nm wavelength as a molded plate having 4 mm thickness. The polyester resin molded product comprises the polyester resin. The method for producing the blow-molded bottle comprises injection molding the polyester resin, providing a bottomed tubular preform and then orienting and blow molding the preform in the blowing metal mold.
