<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera of simple constitution and measuring a 3-D shape of a body. <P>SOLUTION: The camera for shape measuring or for extracting a subject is provided with strobes 505 and 506 irradiating the subject with projection light having a specific radiation pattern picks up the reflection light of strobes 505 and 506, and obtains a perspective image by using light intensity of picked up image. The strobes 505 and 506 are provided with a flush lamp 530 and a shield plate 528 having an off-centered hole.
