<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the problem of insufficient adhesion in a dry state and to shorten a drying time after ink jet printing, in the case when RC-coated paper sheet is used as a substrate for a typical ink receiving layer. <P>SOLUTION: An improved ink jet recording material comprises a resin-coated paper substrate and the ink receiving layer, and an adhesion accelerating layer containing a binder and a cationic inorganic pigment exists between the substrate and the ink receiving layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
