PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate heat generated by an electronic component to the outside through a heat-conductive substance, thereby restraining temperature rise in a cover body by covering the electronic component mounted on a circuit board and by bringing the heat-conductive substance into contact with the inside surface of the cover body.

SOLUTION: By covering the electronic component 62 mounted on the circuit board 61 of a lighting device 60 and by bringing the heat-conductive substance 70 into contact with the inside surface of the cover body 10, the heat generated by the electronic component 62 is efficiently radiated to the outside through the heat-conductive substance 70, so that the temperature rise in the cover body 10 can be restrained.
