PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary for a user to consider the broadcasting time of a television in order to select his or her desired program from the program information of the two-dimensional tabular form of time base and broadcasting station, and that it is necessary to change his or her life timing according to the broadcasting time. SOLUTION: The program information of a program to be broadcast at present and in the future is acquired from a server connected to a broadcast wave or a network by a program information acquiring means. This acquired program information is displayed on a screen, so that a plurality of recording programs can be specified in accordance with a user input. Then, recorded reproducible program information is displayed on the screen so that the reproduction program can be specified in accordance with the user input by a program information providing means. The user designated program is recorded by a recording device by a recording control means, or the reproducible program is outputted, and managed by a reproducible program managing means, and reproduced by a reproduction control means.
