PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button structure in which the spacing of the push buttons can be narrowed without impairing operability of the push buttons. SOLUTION: The outside face 16 of the keytop 53 going from the top face side 57 to the seating side 58 is tapered in widening direction from the top face side 57 up to the middle position 17 in its outside face 16a. The outside face 16b from the middle position 17 up to the seating 58 is made not to come closer to the outside face 16 of the adjacent keytop 53. Thereby, the push button 11 can be placed closer to the adjacent push button 11 and thus the push button structure 10 can be made compact. Since a level difference 18 going toward inside is provided on the outside face 16 of the keytop 53 at the middle position 17, and the starting end 20 of the outside face 16b going toward the seating 58 is offset to the inside from the finishing end 19 of the outside face 16a going from the top face 57 of the keytop 53 to the middle position 17, manufacturing can be made easier.
