PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the panel structure of on-vehicle electronic equipment having a larger area than an opening part of a vehicle side panel and mountable to a wide range of models. SOLUTION: In the panel structure of the on-vehicle electronic equipment, panels 2a, 2b, 2b larger than the front face of an electronic equipment body 1 are arranged at the front face of the electronic equipment body 1, and a part of the panels is formed as the movable panel 2a. It is constituted to allow a part of the movable panel 2a to get inward from the position 4 of the rear face of the panel in the erected state when the movable panel 2a is moved from the erected state into a position to open the front face of the electronic equipment body.
