<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for building a nonconventional and large framework to provide a cosmetic/medical related service by using current infrastructure. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a second information processor Y managed by a cosmetic/medical related service provider, a first information processor X which performs connection management for them, and a terminal device T. They can communicate each other via the Internet. A user connects the terminal device T to the first information processor X, to transmit identification information. If the first information processor X recognizes that the identification information is valid, the terminal device T transmits the information indicating that the second information processor Y is desired, as a connection destination, to the first information processor X. The first information processor X permits communication between the terminal device T and the second information processor Y.
