<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of improving the service to a registrant by transmitting distribution information effectively used by the registrant, to the registrant entering a station other than two stations at both ends of a registered utilization section. <P>SOLUTION: This information distribution system 21 creates distribution information to be distributed when a registrant 5 enters a station other than two stations at both ends of the registered utilization section, when the getting-off of the registrant 5 at the station other than two stations at both ends of the registered utilization section is detected, and distributes the distribution information created in advance, when the entering of the registrant 5 into the station other than the two stations at both ends of the registered utilization section is detected.
