<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of displaying a gradually vanishing three-dimensional image by a relatively simple process. <P>SOLUTION: A polygon is disposed within a world coordinate system, and the state of the polygon observed from a prescribed view point is displayed. When the image G of the polygon is displayed, the polygon is projected on a projection flat plane set based on the view point, and the texture deformed according to the shape of the projected polygon is drawn. At this time, the texture has an undisplayed area, and the undisplayed area is changed so that a plurality of kinds of mask patterns for vanishing the image of the texture are made to act on the deformed texture according to the shape of the polygon.
