<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring and controlling system capable of reducing or simplifying the change and confirmation work of a database in accompany with the change and addition of monitoring equipment, and creating and changing the database to eliminate a mismatch of the setting between devices configurating the system. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 31 receiving a transmission request from a terminal database collecting function 24 of a monitoring and controlling device 20, transmits a changed self database 32 by means of a database transmitting function 34, and the device 20 receiving the database 32 changes a self database 21 on the basis of the database 32 by means of a database creating and changing function 23, to reduce or simplify the change and confirmation work of the database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
