<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulator wherein vapor of a predetermined temperature is always obtained in a heat output operation. <P>SOLUTION: The heat accumulator 11 has a heat storage tank and a heat exchanger 13. The inside of the heat storage tank is provided with a heater for heating a heat storage material in the heat storage tank and a primary-side heat transfer pipe for heating a primary-side heat medium passing through the inside to form overheat vapor. The heat accumulator 11 has a primary-side circulating pump 26 for supplying the primary-side heat medium to the primary-side heat transfer pipe, a pressure sensor 72 for detecting pressure in the heat exchanger 13, and a controller 15 for controlling the primary-side circulating pump 26 so that the pressure in the heat exchanger 13 detected by the pressure sensor 72 is kept in a certain pressure range. The circulating pump 26 is disposed on a connection pipe 25a that is branched on the discharge side to supply the primary-side heat medium to the primary-side heat transfer pipe and the heat exchanger 13 and of which respective branch tops are connected to the primary-side heat transfer pipe and the heat exchanger 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
