PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new in vitro testing method on dissolution of a compound in an oral vestibule. SOLUTION: In this testing method, the equipment for executing an oral dissolution test includes a cell, a feed to the cell of a discharge medium, a means for removing a sample from the cell, a means for analyzing the sample, and a means for adjusting the temperature of the discharge medium in the cell.
