PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WC cermet-sprayed roll obtaining longer service life in a process roll. SOLUTION: In the WC cermet-sprayed roll having film by spraying the WC cermet on the surface of an iron core, the spraying is applied so that the pore size in the above film is≤5.0μm, the porosity in the above film is≤15% and the hardness of the cross section becomes 1,050-1,150 Hv Vickers hardness.
