PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in order to remove a suspended matter accumulated in a storage tank or the like, although a worker cannot help carrying out a work, for example, using an instrument such as a spoon with a net for cooking, it is difficult that such the instrument removes the suspended matter accumulated below a contaminated water pipes projecting into the storage tank and in a narrow space between the pipes and an inner wall of the storage tank since a ladling out part is circular. SOLUTION: The suspended matter removal instrument 1 is provided, which comprises a clamping part having a pair of grips 3 capable of opening/closing a tip end and a porous sheet 2 provided between a pair of grips 3; and is constituted such that the sheet 2 has cylindrical mounting parts at both ends, the grip 3 is penetrated through the mounting part 5 to install it on the grip.
