PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the screening, etc., of agonist/antagonist. SOLUTION: The screening method is effective for the screening of the agonist or antagonist of a G-protein conjugate receptor protein containing an amino acid sequence same as or essentially same as the amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2 (refer to the specification) or its salt by using the receptor protein or its salt and oxymetazoline.
