PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cinnamaldehyde compound having an azido group in which an induced photosensitive group is excellent in contrast of exposed part and unexposed part and exhibits sufficient sensitivity and that itself is utilizable as a photosensitive group.
