PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a new 5-phenylbenzylamine derivative having excellent takinin receptor antagonistic activities as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains 5-phenylbenzylamine derivative represented by the formula (wherein, ring A is a phenyl group having a substituent; R<SP>a</SP>is a hydrogen atom, an alkoxy group or the like; R<SP>b1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; R<SP>b2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP>c1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP>c2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R<SP>d</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP>e</SP>is a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP>f</SP>is an alkyl group or the like) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
