PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament useful in treating various hyperglyemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, hyperlipemia, atherosclerosis and tissue ischemia, especially myocardial ischemia. SOLUTION: The medicament comprises a compound of the general formula I[ wherein, n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; Z is O or S; R1 is of formula(i) or (ii), wherein the wavy line denotes any double bond, (a) is 1, 2 or 3, respective R2 are independently H, halo, OH, amino, nitro, a 1-6C alkoxy, cyano, C(O)H or a (1-3F-substituted) 1-6C alkyl, R3 is H, halo, cyano, a 1-6C alkyl or 1-3C alkynyl, and R4 is H, halo, cyano or a 1-6C alkyl; and R5 is of formula(v) or (vi)(not shown)] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
