PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exothermic composition having excellent dispersion stability of zeolite and an exothermic cosmetic having excellent usability without settling the zeolite during preservation and without requiring shaking stirring during use and further excellent beauty culture effects and to provide a method for beauty culture caring and a method for stabilization in order to stably disperse powder in the composition. SOLUTION: The exothermic composition comprises the zeolite (A), a dihydric alcohol (B) and a polyhydric alcohol (C) having three or more hydroxy groups, a hydroxide (D) of an alkaline earth metal and a surfactant (E). The cosmetic comprises the composition. The method for beauty culture caring comprises using the cosmetic. The method for stabilization comprises stably dispersing at least one kind of powder in a substantially nonaqueous medium containing the polyhydric alcohol.
