PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring for inexpensively and effectively enhancing the travel stability and quality stability of a snow sliding implement. SOLUTION: In a buffer for the snow sliding implement, a fastening plate is welded or bonded to each of the coil springs in which a wire with a round cross section is wound in a coiled shape, and a male screw is provided on the central axis of each of the fastening plates. The buffer is used for a joint of a board so that the travel stability of the snow sliding implement can be enhanced, and a decrease in the flexural stiffness of the board brings about an effect of suppressing damage to the board and a joint fitting.
