PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connected structural body of two members having good appearance and excellent connection strength without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This structural body is composed of a member 1 having almost square-shape cross sectional portion in the longitudinal direction and another member 4 which has almost U-shape cross sectional portion in the longitudinal direction and whose end part is connected to the connecting wall 3a of the member 1. The member 4 has one set of notched parts 7, 7 and a cut-remained part 8 in the end part at the connecting side of its connecting wall 6. The member 1 has an opening hole part 9 opened between side walls 5, 5 of the other member and an insertion hole 10 for cut-remained part at the connecting side portion of the its connecting wall 3a. Side walls 2, 2 of the member 1 are fitted to the notched part 7, 7 and interposed between the side walls 5, 5 and the cut-remained part 8. The hole 10 for the cut-remained part of the member 1 reaches the side wall 5 and the connecting wall 6 is fitted to the hole 10. The cut-remained part 8 inserted between the side walls of the member 1 from the hole 10 is bent toward the connecting wall 3a from the opening hole part 9, so that it does not come off.
